Integrity Marine Services is dedicated to delivering unique and valuable marine services to yacht brokerage companies, boat dealerships, marinas, and charter / private boats. Headquartered in Stuart, Florida, the company also has a full service office in Ocean City, Maryland. Integrity Marine Service’s President and co-founder Robert D. Perholtz and Vice President and co-founder Michael E. Powell have organized a team of experienced professionals from the marine industry and management organizations.

Perholtz is the founder and owner of COMSERV, Inc, a unique computer products and services firm which specializes in social security fraud and person location. Perholtz is also the founder and owner of Grim Deeper Sportfishing Charters. Previously, Powell was co-founder and owner of Tri-Con Electric, a company that provided exclusive electrical services to the State of Florida Department of Corrections. Currently, Powell is a master electrician and a professional mate.
